Cry out to G-d

A person needs to scream to one’s Father in Heaven with a powerful voice from the depths of one’s heart.

Then G-d will listen to his voice and turn to his outcry. And it could be that from this act itself, all doubts and obstacles that are keeping him back from true service of Hashem will fall from him and be completely nullified.

Daily Mental Tranquility

You must be very worthy to be able to meditate for a given time each day and regret what you must.

Not everyone merits such mental tranquility each day. The day may pass and go without time to reflect. A person’s whole life may pass without one ever once having time to really think.

Therefore you must make sure to set aside a specific time each day to calmly review your life. Consider what you are doing and ponder whether it is worthy that you devote your days to it.

Completing Creation

We are all so unique and so beautiful and each person has their unique soul purpose to achieve. Each person’s job is a small piece of the puzzle in the completion of creation, of completing G-d’s beautiful world. We just don’t realize how special we are and how special our mission is, and how close and achievable our purpose is.

Malchut – The Realization of G-d

Let the Truth of G-d’s ever present Existence penetrate your entire being. Comprehend without a shadow of a doubt that nothing whatsoever exists other than G-d Himself. Everything in the entire universe is all part of G’d’s very own Self — whether human,
animal, plant or mineral. This is even more obvious for everything existing in the
spiritual realms.

In the language of Kabbalah, this realization of G-d is called the Kingdom [Malchut], for by acknowledging G-d’s all encompassing Presence, a person draws down the blissful “yoke” of G-d’s Rulership upon oneself as well as upon the entire world.

Revealing Your Soul’s Light

When you bring your good points to your daily conversation with the Creator (Hashem), you are uncovering your true potential; you are revealing the goodness that is inherently yours! With every word spoken you are revealing your soul’s light. And when your light shines in the world, it affects all of us and helps us shine brighter, because all our souls are connected together.

“Where am I”?

The journey through life can sometimes resemble a trek through the forest; the deeper you go the darker it gets. With each passing day the disappointment deepens and the frustration only grows as problems compound and multiply. Bewildered and confused we lose our way in life, because we have lost touch with ourselves by coming out of touch with G-d.

A person can pass through life and not take a solitary moment to reflect on where one is and what one’s purpose is in this world. Don’t let this be your tragic fate; stop and ask yourself, “Where am I”?
