Fill your mind with the thought that you have “only today,” for through this, your entire thought pattern will change, and you will begin to live a truly sweet and engaging life.
All the bitterness, problems, and worry that a person endures, stems from allowing oneself to be confused by yesterday or tomorrow, and this destroys the person completely.
It vexes a person to the point that one is no longer capable of releasing oneself from the tension and difficulty now experienced.
Live with the wondrous revelation that you have “only today.”
Because for one day, a person can accept very much, almost anything at all.
