Gift of Trust

When I make space for someone else — knowing full well that the other person might make mistakes — it provides them with the gift of my trust. By leaving them room, they’re empowered to become. I can allow them the freedom to act because I have faith in them. I trust they can do whatever it takes to be their best self.
