Shalom (Peace)

A person needs to do everything possible to be at peace with others. And even though one is not obligated to believe as they do or to agree with their opinions, it is forbidden to hate them and to pursue them for “strife is hateful to G-d and great is peace” (Bereishis Rabbah, Ch. 38). One needs to always be willing to sacrifice oneself for Shalom (Peace).
